Gnocchetti with tomato and rocket

Ingredients

(for 4 people)
– 500 g of gnocchetti sardi OroGiallo
– 2 bundles of rocket cleaned and grossly cut
– 500 g of light tomato sauce
– extra-virgin olive oil, grated pecorino cheese, salt and pepper

Preparation

Cook rocket and pasta in boiling water, drain and serve dressed with the light tomato sauce, some oil , pecorino cheese and a dusting of pepper.
