La Bolognese is the company leader in Campania in the production of artisan fresh pasta and one of the best for the dry pasta. Milito’s family began its activity choosing the quality of their product as main target, granting its healthiness and its goodness.
Checking constantly raw materials, Orogiallo pasta is produced only with selected wheat coming from blooming and natural spikes and with the healthy water of Contursi Terme, beautiful small town headquarter of the company.

Voluntary free from the modern industrial standards, which force production to excessive rhythms, La Bolognese mixes modern equipment with traditional working methods which require longer times and more dedication, such as bronze wire, natural and slow drying at low temperatures  and immediate packaging for the fresh pasta, operations which make absolutely unique Orogiallo pasta.

The result is a product from the ancient taste produced by a modern and certified company, with quality and environment systems, following the standards: UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and UNI EN ISO 14001 :2004, BRC Standards, OU Kosher.
