Linguine with sword-fish

(for 5 people)
– 500 g of linguine OroGiallo
– 750 g of sword- fish
– 1 bottle of tomato puree
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1/2 glass of dry white wine
– extra-virgin olive oil just enough
– salt, pepper and oregano just enough


Cut the sword-fish in little cubes and let it brown with some oil and the two cloves of garlic;
Pour the wine after some minutes and let evaporate.
Add the tomato puree and let cook for about 10 minutes. Before switching off the fire sprinkle with some pepper and oregano and the sauce is ready.
Let cook the linguine in abundant salted water, drain them firm, add the sauce and mix lightly. Serve hot.
