Coloured strascinati with porcini mushrooms

(for 4 people)
– 500 g of strascinati colorati OroGiallo
– 300 g of fresh porcini
– 1 crushed clove of garlic
– 1 chilly pepper
– 200 g of cooking cream
– 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
– 1 little bunch of parsley


Clean the porcini and cut them in little pieces. In a large pan let brown the garlic with the garlic, add the porcini and let cook for some minutes on a moderate flame. Switch off the flame and add the cooking cream. Let cook the strascinati in abundant salted water and drain them firm, Pour in the pan with the porcini and let flavour for one or two minutes.
