Orecchiette with cauliflower

– 500 g of Orecchiette OroGiallo
– 300 g of cauliflower
– 80 g of parmesan cheese
– garlic
– parsley
– olive oil
– salt
– pepper
– sausage


Boil the water and salt it. Prepare the cauliflower divided into little parts, wash them well and put them into the boiling water. As soon as the water boils again put the oreccchiette. Mince the garlic and let it brown in a big pan with two spoons of oil; add the crumbled sausage and let it flavour for 5 minutes. Drain the orecchiette with the cauliflower and put them in the pan together with the sausage and mix well. Add one spoon of chopped parsley. Serve hot and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper.
